Wellness Wednesday – Change Starts From Within…
Hello you guys, welcome to this week’s Wellness Wednesday. This week, I wanted to kind of shift the focus. I don’t really feel like it would be completely appropriate that I want to be focusing on what I typically do. But I do want to still come on and bring up just a little bit of thoughts about everybody’s kind of ideas and wellness and general state on, well, just 2020 in general, but especially the past week and a half.
I know we’ve got a huge shift occurring and I think it’s great that we’re getting there. And one thing I’ve noticed is that it’s brought a lot of stress and a lot of fear for so many people, for so many reasons, and a lot of guilt for so many people for so many reasons. And a lot of people have been having, that I’ve talked to, including myself, have had a hard time feeling like it’s okay to accept those feelings and knowing what to do with them. So a big thing is, honor those feelings, accept that they’re there, and figure out a way to utilize that to serve your community. Because right now, regardless of where you stand with everything, the best thing that we can do is serve our community.
So I posted a link in here that is a great resource for ways that we can help to serve, building everything back up, and I hope that it helps for different outreaches and different opportunities to help really kind of connect and unite, because one of the things that I think has been most beautiful is seeing how many people have come together from all different walks of life, just to really help build everybody back up and build the community back up.
So I hope that this helps, and if anybody has any other resources, as far as just even educating, and other resources to look at, as far as getting into the community to help fix things up too, feel free to post it on there.
